    Electrophoretic spray paint film and powder coating are both organic high polymer coatings that can effectively resist corrosion on aluminum extrusion profile. The anodized electrophoretic composite film combines the advantages of anodized film and organic polymer.

     Due to the presence of anodized film under the electrophoretic powder coating film, it will not cause the typical filamentous corrosion problem under the organic film, and can be expected to become an ideal surface treatment method for aluminium profile.
